Diamond Oak Properties Limited has issued an urgent clarification to protect the public from misinformation and fraudulent land dealings surrounding a prime parcel of land located within the Oniru Chieftaincy Family Layout, Victoria Island Annex, Lagos. Recent activities by individuals and companies falsely laying claim to the property have raised concerns, prompting the company to release this formal notice.
According to Diamond Oak Properties Limited, certain parties have been circulating misleading offers and attempting to transact on the property despite having no legal rights, equitable interest, or authority to do so.
The company stresses that the land in question is currently before the Federal High Court, making any attempt to buy, sell, assign, lease, or engage in negotiations concerning it both unlawful and risky. This notice is therefore issued to safeguard unsuspecting members of the public, investors, and potential subscribers from entering into fraudulent or void transactions.

The general public is hereby notified that Plot No. 26, Block 3, in the Oniru Chieftaincy Family Layout, Victoria Island Annex, Eti – Osa L.G.A, Lagos State, is owned by Diamond Oak Properties Limited.
Pentonville Luxury Property Limited, its Directors, agents, representatives or anyone claiming authority in that regard do not have any legal or equitable right or authority to sell, transfer, assign, or lease the above-referenced property to any person(s) or organisation(s).
For the benefit of the public and innocent subscribers, it is important to state that the above-mentioned property is currently the subject of litigation before the Federal High Court in Suit No. FH-C/L/CS/1393/24 between MR. ADETOLA ADEKUNLE BEJIDE and HAMMOUD CONSTRUCTING AND CONTRACTING LTD & ORS.
In consequence, all unsuspecting buyers/subscribers are hereby warned to desist from entering into any agreement or dealing with Pentonville Luxury Property Limited, its Directors, agents, representatives or anyone claiming authority in that regard in respect of the above-mentioned property.
Any person(s), group of persons or organisation(s) who enter into any transaction in respect of the above-mentioned property which is subject of litigation before the Court does so at their own risk.
