Joe Biden, has been declared the winner of the US presidential election after Pennsylvania put him over the top on Saturday.
Biden turns 78 on Nov. 20 and is the older person ever elected. Defeat makes Trump the first one-term president since the elder George Bush lost in 1992 to Bill Clinton, whose wife, Hillary Clinton, Trump edged past four years ago.
