Twitter users are not finding what Gov. Wike did (giving out 10m each to Artistes that performed at homecoming concert organized for Burna Boy at River State) funny at all.
According to them, with all the troubles and hardship in the land, it’s a wrong decision to give out that whopping amount of Money when it can be used for something more tangible and meaningful.
