Chelsea defeated Manchester city win the UEFA Champions League for the second time in a thrilling final in Porto.
Kai Havertz scored the only goal just before half-time, running on to Mason Mount’s excellent pass before knocking it past Ederson and then rolling into the net.
Chelsea crowned the new champion of Europe.
