The fast-growing Association of Kwara Online Media Practitioners (ASKOMP) under the Chairmanship of Comr. Saliu Shola Taofeeq, today, visited the venue which hosted the ongoing one-month intensive web design and digital marketing training organized by the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Kwara.
The ASKOMP chairman, who was ably represented by the CEO, The Satcom Media Consult, Oluwatoyin Luqman Bolakale, during the interactive session unravelled tons of opportunities available in the digital world and how best it can be utilized as a source of livelihood.
“I am elated that the leadership of NANS Kwara come up with this brilliant impact making an initiative to better the lives of Nigerian students and produce a self-reliance set of youth”, Oluwatoyin added.
He further urged trainees to double their seriousness and make use of networking to advance their knowledge of web design and digital marketing training.
While rounding off the engagement session, he commended the responsiveness and readiness of Amb. AbdulFatai Yahaya Seriki Gambari to ensuring students are giving needed skills to prosper on the labour ground.
The NANS Director of ICT, Shafihi Abdulrasheed O. commends the availability of ASKOMP, and also lauds their impact on making information “so easy” to get for Kwara citizens.
