There is a saying that “Life rewards those who work hard at it.” This saying is one that we believe at Adron Homes and Properties Limited and that is why we are rewarding our staff to a well-deserved 3-day retreat at the luxurious Ibom Resort in the city of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state to observe our monthly staff appreciation reward program tagged “The Incredibles”. The Incredibles is a platform where outstanding staff are rewarded and celebrated for meeting set targets by the management.
Staff was treated to private shopping, fine dining, sightseeing and other fun events etc. Speaking to the group of happy participants was the Group Managing Director of the company, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing who was ably represented by his Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM), Fisayo Oloruntoba. She said “This is what it means to be a winner, this is what it means to be incredible. As an incredible, targets must constantly be met and goals diligently smashed.”
“We are the standard and our monthly goal is to do better than we did in the previous month” she added. Oloruntoba further charged the Incredibles to put in their best this month as a better reward awaits all who deliver.
The excitement of participants could not be hidden as they promised to do even better this month to ensure they not only meet their targets but to also be part of the next set of Incredibles.
