    Presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, took to his Snapchat handle yesterday evening to debunk claims in some quarters that the Federal government is behind the current crash of Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram.

     

    Many users of the app have since not been able to use it due to a global crash that occurred yesterday.
