The outgoing Manchester United caretaker boss, Michael Carrick, has said he will take some time off with his family, after stepping away from coaching role.

Carrick disclosed his shock decision to leave Old Trafford, following his last game against Arsenal.

The 40-year-old remain unbeaten in three games, winning against Villarreal and Arsenal and holding Chelsea to a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge.

According to Amazon Prime, Carrick said:

“It’s not been an easy decision to make to be honest but I feel it’s the right one and I feel quite happy.

“I’ve meant to take some time off after I finished playing and I promised the family that we would have some time together and it’s never happened.

“It feels like the right time to step away. I’ll be back around the place. I’m not disappearing. But it’s just the right time and what a way to finish. It’s a perfect night really.”

Hey! Quick question that’s entirely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My site looks weird when viewing from my apple iphone. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to fix this issue. If you have any suggestions, please share. Many thanks!
