A leading aspirant for federal House of Representatives Ilorin East/South constituency, Hon Abdulwaheed Oluwanishola Jimmy Idiagbon through his foundation, (SIJ foundation) on Wednesday paid the enrollment fees of 500 students for the forthcoming 2022 Joint admission and matriculation board (JAMB) examination.
The beneficiaries who were drawn from Ilorin East and Ilorin South local government area of Kwara state received their forms at the foundation office in Ilorin, the state capital.
While speaking at the event, The coordinator of the SIJ Foundation explained that the gesture is part of the effort of the foundation to make education available to all and a way of giving back to society.
Mr Alabi reiterated that the foundation’s commitment to sponsor more development programs for the people of the state revealed that candidates who pass the UTME will also benefit from the generosity of the foundation as they will be sponsored at the university level.
He however urged the benefitting students to be good ambassadors, charged them to study hard in passing the JAMB UTME to proceed in their academics.
Beneficiaries at the event expressed their profound gratitude to Jimmy Idiagbon for his benevolent gesture, Praying to God to continue to enrich him abundantly.
