– Calls on Support for Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s Re-election for Second Term to Consolidate on the Growth & Development of the Agricultural sector and Kwara State at large.
Members of All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Kwara State Chapter on Tuesday, 5th July 2022 harkened to the call of their Woman Leader, Hajia Suliat Aliyu Abiola as she presented relief materials to female members of the Association amidst cheer and applause from all present.
The all important event took place at the AFAN Office located in the Ministry of Agriculture, along Old Jebba Road, Ilorin and had key members of the Association and Stakeholders in Kwara’s Agricultural circle present.
Addressing those present at the event, Hajia Suliat thanked them for gracing the ceremony and took time to itemize and applaud the inputs of Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq in Kwara’s Agricultural sector within the last 3 Years. She affirmed that farmers have never had it this good under previous Administrations hence her resolve to undertake the relief program for female members of AFAN and canvass support for His Excellency, Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq’s second term bid in office.
Hon. Isiaku Adam, Chairman AFAN Kwara Chapter and Hon. Dr Ahmed Saba Adamu, Kwara State RIFAN Coordinator led other dignatories present to appreciate Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq’s unrivaled support for Kwara’s Agricultural revolution. They reaffirmed Hajia Suliat’s call for his re-election calling it a step in the right direction.
Beneficiaries of the relief program put together by the Woman Leader of AFAN, Hajia Suliat Aliyu Abiola were given beautiful pairs of fabrics by the Sponsor and encouraged to make dresses from them as Kwara Women into farming are set for a brighter future under Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s Leadership as Governor.
Responding, Beneficiaries took turns to appreciate Hajia Suliat Aliyu Abiola for her kind gesture to members of the Association and registered their commitment to join her in canvassing support for His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s Re-election.
