    Conscientious Youth Empowerment Foundation (CYEF) visits commissioner of Police in Kwara

    Knowing fully well the parties whose roles are expedient in the process of election. The Conscientious Youth Empowerment Foundation (CYEF) paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police in Ilorin to seek partnership and support.

    In a special close door meeting with the members of the Youth Parliament, the Commissioner of Police, Paul Odama promised to give maximum support and security to the team as long as the group continue to stand for the peace of the nation and the good of its people.

    After a proper introduction and detailed know-how of the NGO by the Director, Comrade Oyeyiola George, and the program officer, Mr. Kehinde Akinsola. The Commissioner of Police acknowledged the efforts of the team towards the forthcoming 2023 election.

    Comrade Oyeyiola in his address to reporters after the meeting further stated that he hopes the election would be free of crimes and criminalities, credible and fair to all parties involved; and building on the successes recorded in the past by the electoral umpire and other relevant stakeholders in the project Nigeria.

    In his words: “we’ spoke at length with the CP, and with what we have observed from our end we see zeal and commitment to perform. Which brings hopes and high expectation as we anticipate a free, fair and peaceful polls come February, 2023”
