As part of the activities lined up for Imodoye’s residency for the first quarter, The Imodoye Writers Enclave hosted Four Eminent Writers from Ebedi International Residency in Ilorin on Monday 23rd of January, 2023
During the occasion, “The Founder of Imodoye Writers Enclave, Dr Usman Oladipo Akanbi welcomed the Ebedi Residents and appreciated the founder of Ebedi Writers Residency, Dr Wale Okediran for identifying with Imodoye Writers Enclave.

The visiting writers had an interactive session with their counterparts at Imodoye namely Tares Oburumu, Ruth Chidera Echewe, Sadiq Mustafa, Taiye Ojo where they all shared their experience in the literary world.
The Ebedi Residents were drawn from three African countries
– Justica Anima (Ghana), Fatima Salihu (Nigeria), Anatu Ben-Lawal (Ghana) and Ramatoulie Onike Othman (Gambia).
The writers took a tour around Imodoye’s facilities, Mustapha Akanbi’s Library and Waterview.
