ASKOMP Congratulates Acting Inspector General of Police, Egbetokun
The Association of Kwara Online Media Practitioners (ASKOMP) has congratulated DIG Kayode Egbetokun on his appointment as Acting Inspector General of Police by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
ASKOMP in a statement issued on Monday by the Chairman, Salihu Shola Taofeek described Egbetokun as a dedicated, committed and highly professional Police Officer.
According to him, the new Acting Inspector General of Police is a professional with knowledge of modern policing and track record of excellent service.
Salihu Shola Taofeek noted that Egbetokun maintains good relationship with ASKOMP and other journalists during his days as Commissioner of Police in Kwara State.
The Association therefore wishes him successful tenure in office and prays for God’s guidance to bring desired reforms in Nigeria Police Force.
