A young Nigerian man, Chikwendu Chijioke Ferdinand is currently on the run after he was “declared wanted” for protesting for the release of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, and the demand for Biafra freedom.

Narrating what happened, Mr. Chikwendu stated that he was being tracked by the Nigerian Authorities and forces after he took part in a friendly protest demanding for the release of Nnamdi Kanu.

Adding to the statement, he noted that he no longer feels safe in Nigeria with the fear of being arrested prosecuted or sent to prison. He has been hiding and no one knows his whereabouts.

The protest was held on 28 March 2023 in Abuja – Nigeria’s capital.
