In the last couple of weeks, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi has been making headlines with his impressive negotiation adroitness in facilitating laudable projects to Kwara South. Since the return of democracy to Nigeria in 1999, I stand to be taken to the ring for a pugilistic debate, the region has not had an active, responsible and responsive political appointee like a man whose life entirety is commitment to humanity.
At this juncture, a great deal of thanks to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and H.E Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq for the leverage created for the Impactful Engineer to make him more impactful to humanity. Since his appointment as member of the Governing Council of TETFUND, the Esie-born politician has been phenomenal in facilitating projects to his senatorial district.
Particularly in education, Engr. Nurudeen’s contribution is already an inch close to being described as ineffable and ineffeceable. When it comes to supporting initiatives capable of improving the state of education in Kwara South, with just a gentle knock at his door, rest assured you will be warmly embraced. That is Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi for you!
Just yesterday, in partnership with UNESCO, the aeronautical engineer donated books worth of almost one million naira to support Readership for Global Leadership in schools across Kwara South. The reading development initiative aims at equipping the younger generation of Nigerians with the set of soft skills necessary for successful navigation of the 21st-century-leadership challenges. For me, Engr. Adeyemi is an asset of inestimable value not only to Kwara South, Kwara State and Nigeria, but also to humanity.
Today, it will interest my audience to know that as far as Kwara South is concerned, the Impactful Engineer is synonymous with UNESCO- he is the brain and the bank behind the visible presence of the International Organization in the region. The ENACT Boss believes so much in the educational development of his people that more often than not, he goes the extra mile to support relevant initiatives. Though a US-based aeronautical engineer, I think Engr. Nurudeen has a blank check for education development support programs-he won’t mind breaking a bank!
