The Founder of the ENACT and Member of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) Board of Trustees representing North Central Nigeria, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi, has congratulated Prof. Mukaila Ayanda Aremu, Provost of the Kwara State College of Education, Oro, on his recognition as the Best Provost from North Central Nigeria on Human Capital Development.
Prof. Aremu received the honour at the maiden COPRECOEN Merit Award and 28th Anniversary Celebration of the Committee of Public Relations and Information Officers in Colleges of Education, Nigeria (COPRECOEN), held on Monday, September 1, 2025, at the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) Headquarters, Abuja.
Engr. Adeyemi, in a statement, described the award as a well-deserved recognition of Prof. Aremu’s visionary leadership, transformational management style, and commitment to human capital and infrastructural development within the education sector.
“Prof. Aremu has consistently demonstrated progressive and purposeful leadership that has set a benchmark for institutional growth within the Colleges of Education system. His achievements are not only a source of pride for Kwara State but also for the entire North Central region,” Engr. Adeyemi said.
He further noted that Prof. Aremu’s contributions to the educational landscape stand as an inspiration to stakeholders across Nigeria, adding that the award is a validation of years of silent but impactful service.
Engr. Adeyemi, who hails from Esie, in Irepodun LGA, wished the celebrated Provost continued success and greater accomplishments in his academic and leadership journey.
