…Commends Management For Judicious Use Of Funds
The Federal Polytechnic Bida last week played host to members of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund’s (TETFund)Board of Trustee (BOT), who paid a working visit to the institution.
According to the report received by 360vibezMedia, The team was led by the representative of the North Central Zone, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, He took time to assess the various completed and ongoing TETFund sponsored projects.
The inspected and commissioned projects include:
* SHEA BUTTER WORKS BUILDING
* REHABILITATION OF POLYTECHNIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTRE
* THE MASS COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENTAL STAFF OFFICE COMPLEX
* THE ACADEMIC STAFF OFFICE COMPLEX
At the end of inspection and commissioning, the TETFund’s BOT members described the projects as, ‘money well spent’.
Specifically, the Team leader, Engr. Adeyemi described the upgraded facilities at the Directorate of Entrepreneurship Education & Development (DEED) as models for other institutions in the country.
“Going round the various projects, it is clear to all of us that the resources were used Judiciously. I want to particularly single out the DEED, almost all the units now have modern facilities. On behalf of TETFund, we say well done.”
