Hollywood actor Spencer Lofranco, known for his roles in Jamesy Boy, Gotti, and Unbroken, has died at the age of 33.

Authorities in British Columbia, Canada, are investigating his death, and the cause has not yet been confirmed.

The heartbreaking news was shared by Lofranco’s brother, Santino Lofranco, on Instagram:
“My brother… You lived a life only some could dream of. You changed people’s lives, and now you are with God. I will always love you and miss you Bear. RIP. October 18, 1992 – November 18, 2025.”

Born in Toronto to lawyer Rocco “Rocky” Lofranco and opera singer Amy Lofranco, Spencer trained at the New York Film Academy before landing his breakout role in Jamesy Boy.

He went on to appear in films such as At Middleton (2013), Unbroken (2014), Home (2015), and Dixieland (2015), which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Outside of his acting career, Lofranco faced personal challenges. In 2013, he was convicted of a misdemeanor hit-and-run after cyclist Camille Banham was injured in an accident involving his SUV, completing 50 days of community service.

By 2018, he had reportedly embraced a quieter life, living by the beach and pursuing his passion for artwork.

Spencer Lofranco’s sudden passing is a tragic loss for family, friends, and fans around the world.
