Adeyemi walks in the mold of the HE Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq who has consistently prioritized the safety, security, and the welfare of the people of Kwara State through his consistent and timely payment of salaries and pensions, gradually winding down inherited gratuities, and recently announced 30% salary increases across the board.

Most notably, since Tuesday, 16th December 2025, financial alerts have been dropping across all 83 wards in Kwara South, reaching no fewer than 20 beneficiaries per ward. This massive outreach reflects his genuine commitment to grassroots empowerment and social responsibility.
