FIFA have summoned Byron Castillo to attend the hearing of their Appeals Commission on Thursday September 16, following new bombshell revelations that the Ecuador international confessed to being born in Colombia in an official investigation four years ago. National Association of Nigerian Students have called for the resignation of Minister of Education, Mr Adamu Adamu, over the lingering strike embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities. The call was made by the students who took to embarked on a protest along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. They accused the minister of having no interest to dialogue with ASUU to call off the strike. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it will no longer conduct mop-up examination for candidates of Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) who are not bio-metrically verified. The board made this known in its Weekly Bulletin of the office of the Registrar on Monday in Abuja.
