Tennis superstar, Novak Djokovic will not be allowed to play in the US Open due to his refusal to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. The US Open organizers have said they would respect the government’s rules on non-citizens being fully vaccinated in order to enter the country, ruling out Djokovic. In January 2022, he was deported from Australia prior to the Open in Melbourne over his refusal to get vaccinated. A pig farmer who murdered his wife and hid her body for 37 years has been sentenced to 18 years in jail. 89-year-old David Venables killed his spouse Brenda in May 1982 and then dumped her body in the underground septic tank at their farm in Kempsey, Worcestershire. Mrs Venables’s skull and other bones were discovered during work to empty the underground chamber on July 12, 2019, six years after Venables had sold the property for more than £460,000 to his nephew.
