The University of Ibadan has barred graduands without first-class honors from attending the 2021 convocation ceremonies physically. Instead, they were asked to join the convocation ceremony online. A circular released by the university stated that the convocation would hold between November 15 and 17. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has remitted N3.51 billion to the Federal Government as the surplus generated from the conduct of the board’s 2021Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
