The Governing Council of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife has dismissed a lecturer, Dr. Adebayo Mosobalaje, who was accused of sexual harassment. Dr. Mosobalaje, a lecturer at the Department of English Language, Faculty of Art, was allegedly found guilty of sexual demeanor against a female undergraduate of the institution, Rachel Momoh. Adamawa State Police Command has apprehended one Dada Gbenga Ayomilekan, who was parading himself as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) A forged HND certificate and fake identification card among other documents were recovered from the suspect. A contractor handling the remodelling of the Alanama Central LGEA School, Ita-Elefun, Ilorin, has been discovered to be doing shoddy work on site.
