Nigerians are currently reacting to a photo of a banner erected by the Presidential Task Force announcing a reception ceremony for the COVID19 vaccines that arrived in the country today, March 2. The banner was erected hours before the Emirate Boeing 777-300 that conveyed the 3.92 million doses of AtraZeneta vaccines arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
