The Presidency has warned Nigerians to obey all the COVID19 protocols which include wearing a face mask to avoid the government from imposing another lockdown. The warning came via a statement signed and released by Garba Shehu, senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity. The presidency said it is worried by reports of non-compliance with the executive order signed by President Buhari on January 27 that mandates the use of face masks and social distancing. 685 new cases of COVID19 have been recorded in Nigeria. According to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC, Lagos recorded 355 fresh cases. Other states with new cases include Kaduna-58, Nasarawa-46, Kano-40, Akwa Ibom-33, Katsina-26, Ogun-25, Osun-21, Rivers-16, Edo-15, Oyo-13, Ondo-12, Borno-11, Ekiti-9, Kebbi-3 and Plateau-2. Nigeria now has 131,242 confirmed cases of the viral disease. 104,989 patients have successfully been treated and discharged, Sadly, 1,586 deaths have been recorded. A Peruvian lawyer is now facing an investigation after being caught stripping naked and having sex during a Zoom court hearing. The viral footage showed the lawyer who was identified as Hector Paredes Robles stripping off and sitting on his chair, before the naked woman was seen in the video straddling him. The incident reportedly took place during virtual remand hearing organised by a court in Pichanaki in the central Peruvian region of Junin on Tuesday January 26.
