An apartment in Surulere, which reportedly belongs to Governor Babajide’s Sanwo-Olu’s mother, has been set on fire. Business Day reported that eyewitnesses said the mother of the governor was removed from the house before the fire started. A police officer at Ikorodu was heard using swear words at helpless protesters for demanding the disbandment of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
