The Nigerian Army has announced that the newly-launched Exercise Crocodile Smile VI has nothing to do with the ongoing ENDSARS protests across the nation. The Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sagir Musa, revealed this in a statement on Sunday in Abuja. Stripe an American e-payment services company has just acquired Paystack–a Nigerian startup–for over $200 million (N76 billion). Stripe is an American financial services and software company, with headquarters in San Francisco, California. The company facilitates online payments and transactions. Stripe primarily offers payment processing software and application programming interfaces for e-commerce. A group of hackers identified as Anonymous have hacked the Twitter account of the National Broadcasting Commission in support of the ongoing #EndSARS, #EndSWAT protests against police brutality in Nigeria. “We #Anonymous have taken over all the NG Official Twitter’s Account to support #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY, ” the hackers said in a message posted with NBC’s handle. This comes 24 hours after the group with over 5 million followers on Twitter, claimed they have hacked “multiple” Nigerian Government websites before giving the Nigerian government a peaceful warning and 72 hours to #EndPoliceBrutality or “face the consequences.”

Nigeria and Chelsea winger, Victor Moses has completed a season-long loan move to Spartak Moscow in a deal worth over 50,000 pounds per week.
