Nigerian-Romanian broadcaster and radio talk show host Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has called for support from Nigerian pastors to speak out and stand with the people on #EndSARS movement. The media personality said their allegiance should be with the people and not with their pals in Government or the police that provide their security.  He wrote: “Dear Nigerian pastors, your allegiance should be with the people; your sheep! Not with your friends in Government or with the police that provide your security outfits. Stand with the PEOPLE! Protect the SHEEP! #EndSARS #justiceforjimoh #RipJimoh #EndPoliceBrutality.”

Burna Boy has reacted to the backlash he got from #EndSARS protesters after his perceived silence with regards to the nationwide campaign. Some protesters were disappointed with the self-proclaimed African Giant and they rejected his song during the movement. Disc Jockey and Singer, Florence Otedola who is popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has paused her Dubai vacation to fly into Nigeria in a bid to show solidarity support for the ongoing END SARS Campaign.  Cuppy was earlier dragged by fans for posting pictures with her pet Lion amid the protests going on in the country and immediate she responded to her fans and critics alike. The kaduna State Government led by Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli as the 19th Emir of Zazzau. He succeeds HRH Alh. (Dr.) Shehu Idris who died on Sunday, 20th September 2020 after reigning for 45 years. Alh. The Nigeria Football Federation has announced new Super Falcons Head Coach, Mr Randy Waldrum.  The American tactician has over the years built a career as a professional women’s soccer coach. In 2004 and 2010, he led the Notre Dame women’s soccer team to two national championships. He was appointed the head coach of the Trinidad and Tobago national team between 2014 and 2016.
