The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) took action against Senate Speaker Godzwill Akpabio over remarks made to the plenary session on Tuesday, Aug 8, 2023 promised to sue against. SERAP announced in a statement on it’s Twitter account that it will sue the Senate Speaker over the comments.
