    Fans Angry Over Wizkid’s Absence At Concert In Ghana

    The show promoters of Wizkid’s Accra concert which was set to happen at the 40,000-capacity stadium have released a statement regarding his no-show. Read the statement here.

    The show promoters of Wizkid’s headline show in Ghana “Wizkid Live”, have released a statement following the star’s failure to attend the show.

    According to the promoters, Live Hub who stated that the concertgoers would get a refund of their ticket fees, Wizkid had breached his contract.

    The concert which had taken place at the 40,000 Ghana stadium on the 10th of December had Wizkid as the headlining act with singers Efya, Darkovibes, Gyakie and others as supporting acts.

    Before the statement from organisers, eyewitness reports from fans reported a stand-up situation where the concert-goers had waited for as long as 12 hours till 4:30 am and 5 am for Wizkid to make an appearance.
